some people think of falsifiability and Popperian demarcation as the proper demesne of science. You’re more the Feyerabend type. He was fond of quoting Niels Bohr’s saying “We are all agreed that your theory is crazy. The question which divides us is whether it is crazy enough to have a chance of being correct. My own feeling is that it is not crazy enough. ” In ‘Agaisnt Method,’ I think. Then again, Bohr also said: “If quantum mechanics hasn’t profoundly shocked you, you haven’t understood it yet.” The fact is that for me, the math gets entheogenic when tensors appear. I believe quantum mechanics is weirder than I believe it is.
