Karen Palmer, parkour student

I would really love to be in shape to do parkour. I’d probably have to drop another 50-75 pounds and really work out to do it, though.

  1. Fitness isn’t the whole story, though. Even as a teenager, I *never* had the requisite agility and whole-body coordination.

    OTOH, I have always had very good fine motor control.

    In the army, I was awful on the obstacle course, but was a pretty good marksman.
