Over in my “random quotes” box to the right, you’ll occasionally see this pop up:
On the meridian of time there is no injustice; there is only the poetry of motion creating the illusion of truth and drama.
It’s a quote from Henry Miller’s Tropic Of Cancer, and I’ve always liked it, mainly for the sound of the words.
But now I think I finally really understand it, and the passage that proceeds it.
