I totally agree with Reality Television and American Idol kind of shows.

As far as religion goes, I don't care what people do in their religion as long as it doesn't oppress mine and you don't hurt or kill others. Flying planes into buildings over a religious belief just sucks.

And I don't believe in mainstream religion of ANY belief. Even though I consider myself Christian, I am not one of those evengalists who take everything to a literal level.

Bush - well, I can take him or leave him. It's true we haven't had another terror attack on our soil since 9/11 - and it's also true that even Obama plans on keeping most of his anti-terror policies in place. The same policies that Bush haters deemed un-constitutional and damaging.

I hate gangsta rap. I liked rap back when it was nice and wholesome and innocent. Like Wil Smith's "Parents just don't understand". LL Cool J, too. Now it's all about demeaning women, killing cops, and selling crack.

Wish you'd be more specific about the "bad music" part.

Somewhere in my notes at home I made a list of all the worst pop and rock music acts of my lifetime... I actually had some inchoate plans of compiling it into a book, which would be called (coincidentally enough) "Bad Music".

The list was eclectic, but included such migraine-inspiring names as Christopher Cross, Neil Diamond, Barry Manilow, Kenny Loggins, Alanis Morrisette, Britney Spears, etc.

For each act, there was to be an embarrassing photograph, and an essay on exactly what makes said act so musically horrid.
